Are you a foreign national who has completed your education at a local school overseas, and has lived in Japan for 3 Years or Less? If you are considering applying to a public high school in Chiba Prefecture through the Special Entrance Examination for Foreign Students, please refer to the following information.  

◎Individual Information Session ‐ This information session requires advance reservation.
You can access  the reservation form here.
○Please download and print this registration form, fill in the required information, and bring it with you to the information session.

Notes
1. On the day of the session, please bring the necessary documents for application, such as:
・Residence card
・Certificate of completion of Grade 9 issued by the principal of the junior high school
・Academic transcript

2. Reception will begin at 1:00 PM, and the final reception will be at 3:30 PM. After completing reception, individuals will proceed in order to individual consultations and document checks. Please note that if many people arrive just before the closing time, we may not be able to accommodate everyone on the same day due to venue limitations. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Volunteer interpreters in English and Chinese are expected to be available.
